• Leads and develops the brand team including but not limited to performance management, talent management and career development
• Leads activities across brands, including the definition, design, execution and measurement of all marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the brands’ objectives
• Responsible for budgetary compliance
• Coordinates regularly with sales, direct to consumer, and managed markets teams

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large teams; Demonstrated Level 3 abilities across all 6 AZ Leadership Capabilities; Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the US; Comprehensive understanding of the US Healthcare environment
• Desirable: MBA in relevant field; Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets role; Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience; Experience in Emerging or DFL role
