Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real business impact? We’re looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join our marketing team as a Marketing Data & Analytics Manager. In this role, you’ll be the architect of our marketing measurement strategy, building the systems, dashboards, and models that help us understand performance, optimize investments, and drive growth across every channel.


What You’ll Do
Lead Marketing Analytics Strategy
•    Define and implement our tracking, tagging, and measurement framework across all marketing channels. 
Build Insightful Dashboards & Reports
•    Create intuitive dashboards and recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that make complex data easy to understand for team members at all levels. 
Analyze Campaign Performance
•    Evaluate return on investment, conversion funnels, and channel effectiveness across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO, social media, and web analytics platforms. 
Forecast & Model Performance
•    Develop predictive models and forecasts to guide marketing strategy and budget allocation. 
Construct Attribution Models
•    Build and refine attribution frameworks that provide full insight into the marketing funnel and return on investment. 
Establish & Monitor Critical Metrics
•    Keep an eye on performance through tracking metrics for assessment and improvement. 
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
•    Partner with marketing, commercial, and corporate teams to ensure data readiness, operational alignment, and seamless data flow. 
Ensure Data Compliance
•    Uphold data privacy laws and regulations in all aspects of data collection, storage, and usage. 
Drive Actionable Insights
•    Translate data into clear, strategic recommendations that influence marketing spend, campaign direction, and business decisions. 
Identify Opportunities & Risks
•    Proactively surface inefficiencies, risks, and new opportunities for optimization and growth. 


Who You Are:
•    A data-driven storyteller who can simplify complexity and influence decisions.
•    A strategic problem solver with hands-on experience in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
•    A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.
•    A proactive problem-solver who’s always looking for ways to improve performance and efficiency.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.

Experience
•    8+ years of experience in the management of marketing data.
•    Demonstrated leadership and influencing experience.
•    Strong data analysis and reporting skills.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
•    Experience with PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, SFDC, or similar required
•    Capability in handling marketing data systems.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Proven ability to translate business strategy into marketing data strategy.


Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This hybrid role may require occasional travel.
