How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Marketing and Customer Engagement Leader (MCE) is responsible for interpreting the Calgaz brand and bringing it to life through our communication channels, both internally and externally. Through listening to the relevant business stakeholders, and thoroughly understanding project briefs, they use their creativity to produce engaging content that attracts and retains customers. The MCE owns the social media and web channels, ensuring that the content they create is aligned with Global Communications policies. An experienced and organised member of the team, the MCE plans marketing activities throughout the year and defines KPI’s that measure the gross margin the activities generate, and acts upon that data to increase impact. The MCE is accountable for ongoing engagement with “house accounts” using digital outreach, and ensuring that Calgaz remains visible. They are an extension of the sales team, providing leads and prospect lists to Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers and Inside Sales Associates. In addition, the MCE will coordinate with Airgas and Air Liquide Marketing and Communications to ensure compliance of all programs. This role can be based at any of the Calgaz production sites (Stoke UK, Cambridge MD, Oldsmar FL).

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Owns the creation, storage and distribution of commercial collateral, to be produced in line with company guidelines

  • Project management for all marketing work, including selecting and coordinating external suppliers in fields such as artwork and design

  • Management of the company social media and website

  • Ensuring 100% compliance with company communication guidelines across all marketing channels at all times

  • Digital communication with “house accounts” to include sharing of commercial offers, emails to drive engagement and share company updates and re-invigorating dormant accounts.

  • Tracking the outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities to assess the effectiveness and financial contribution to the business.

  • Generation of leads and prospect lists for the global sales team

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Communications teams from Airgas and Air Liquide to promote Calgaz as well as ensure compliance.

Are you a MATCH?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Marketing experience of >3 years in a B2B environment 

  • Demonstrated experience of scoping and implementing digital tools and applications for the creation of images, videos, posts and website content

  • Understanding of social media and techniques for driving engagement 

  • Experience of developing websites and online services, SEO, PPC etc

  • Content creation and management

  • Analysis of data to set and measure KPI’s that drive business results 

  • Must have a minimum of 5 GSCE’s grades A* - C (or equivalent), with high standards of written communication and proficiency in digital applications.

  • Working with customers or stakeholders from different backgrounds and geographies would be an advantage.
