Job Description
What is the opportunity?
You've been thinking about where you can make a real impact. You want to work on campaigns that matter, with a team that values your ideas, and on projects where you can see the results of your work. This is that place.
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who brings energy, curiosity, and a knack for turning plans into action. You're someone who gets excited about the details, keeps multiple projects moving forward, and loves seeing campaigns come to life.
What you'll create:
Bring campaigns to life. You'll help plan and execute marketing programs that engage clients across our cross-border products—from targeted email campaigns to operational and regulatory communications. Your work will span owned and paid channels, all designed to deepen relationships and create exceptional experiences.
Turn strategy into action. Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll help develop campaign briefs and tactical plans. Your ideas and insights will transform business objectives into meaningful moments that clients actually appreciate.
Make every dollar work. You'll manage budgeting, invoicing, and cross-border budget reconciliation, keeping everything organized and on track.
Uncover new opportunities. You'll dig into client insights and data analytics to spot engagement opportunities and optimize customer journeys across key segments. When you see a pattern, you'll speak up.
Track what matters. You'll monitor campaign performance and translate the numbers into clear, actionable recommendations. Your reporting will help the team understand what's working and what we should do next.
Keep programs running smoothly. You'll support operational marketing programs as needed, making sure execution is seamless and everything meets regulatory requirements.
Connect the dots. You'll build relationships across marketing, business, legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time and on budget. Your collaborative approach will keep everyone aligned and moving forward together.
What you bring:
Marketing experience. You've spent 2-4 years in marketing, CRM, or campaign management, and you understand what it takes to plan, execute, and report on successful campaigns.
Strong organizational skills. You're a natural project manager who can juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and keep all the details straight.
Comfort with data. Marketing metrics don't intimidate you—you turn numbers into insights and know how to identify next best actions.
Collaborative spirit. You've worked in matrix organizations and know how to support teams across different functions to deliver results together.
Clear communication. You write and speak with clarity, making it easy to collaborate with team members and external partners alike.
Adaptability. When market trends shift or business needs change, you pivot with confidence.
Nice to have:
Academic foundation. A university degree in marketing or a related field gives you a solid base to build on.
Financial services background. Experience in the industry helps you hit the ground running.
Growth mindset. You approach every project with energy, empathy, and genuine curiosity about how we can do better.
