The Marketing Coordinator at Oak Street Funding will be a front-line junior level position working hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager & Director of Marketing on all facets of our marketing strategy and implementation. This role will implement marketing communication/lead generation/business development projects with responsibilities that include vendor coordination, public relations, website updates, blog & social media, copywriting, strategic & partner coordination, events management, advertising and brand awareness.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- The Marketing Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager & Director of Marketing on all marketing implementation strategies and tactics. The responsibilities will include the following areas:
- Marketing Collateral Development
- Email Marketing (Creating, Sending, and Tracking)
- Marketing Metric Tracking & Reporting/Lead Source Management
- Basic Graphic design as needed for collateral, web/landing pages, and presentations
- Copywriting as needed for PR, Website, and for collateral
- Leadership Library Management/Posting/Tracking
- Social Media Management/Posting/Tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for ordering and coordinating basic business needs such as stationary, business cards, printed materials, employee nametags, and branded advertising specialties.
- Assist in coordinating regular company publications including Bridge publication, marketing campaigns, articles, whitepapers, and presentations
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
- Preferred 3-10 years experience Coordinating Marketing efforts in a similar role.
- Experience in financial services or other service related B-to-B industry
- Strong articulate writer & speaker
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Basic Skills in Adobe CS Suite
- Can do attitude willing to do what it takes to get the job done
