The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing lead generation initiatives that support the firm’s business objectives. This includes overseeing a range of projects such as digital lead generation campaigns, online community management, and strategies that drive offline-to-online engagement and conversion. The role requires close monitoring and optimization of lead generation performance across multiple platforms to ensure effectiveness and alignment with key goals. A strong focus will be placed on community management—guiding prospects through the journey from awareness to engagement and ultimately conversion. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance conversion outcomes and contribute to overall marketing success
Position Responsibilities:
Support timely execution and delivery of multiple marketing projects in a fast-faced environment
Maintain marketing collateral and related digital information on our websites, social media, and internal collaborative platforms
Create, maintain and update sales tools and presentation decks
Execute on deliverables to support sponsorships, virtual webinars and in-person events
Contribute to the formulation of timely reports with relevant analysis based on data from various sources, including digital marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications:
1-3 Years of work experience
1-5 Quantified years of experience with tools/software/etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
University or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field of study
Excellent communications skills with strong ability to create, compose and edit written materials that are impactful and compelling
Skilled in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel and other content management systems
Hands-on and proactive; able to work with minimal supervision
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface and work effectively with a wide range of people
Results-oriented and execution-focused within a fast-paced environment
