Marketing Coordinator

 

Position Overview

JLL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support BGO's US property portfolio through comprehensive event management, marketing operations, and tenant experience initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between marketing, leasing, and property management teams while delivering exceptional programming and reporting that drives broker engagement and tenant satisfaction across commercial and multifamily assets.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute broker, tenant, and resident events across BGO's US properties. Manage comprehensive event logistics including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and post-event analysis. Develop innovative programming that enhances broker connectivity and drives tenant and resident satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Analysis

Create monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports featuring key metrics and actionable insights. Analyze leasing activity, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions. Manage the process for monthly industrial reports and quarterly office, MOB, and life science reports. Consolidate monthly executed lease data for internal newsletters and external social posts. Conduct competitor audits and market research. Track and report on tenant research, satisfaction, and engagement metrics in support of the Client Services team.

Experience Management

Design and implement tenant and broker experience initiatives for commercial properties. Develop resident experience programs for multifamily assets. Coordinate with property management teams to ensure seamless execution of experience programs. Gather feedback and continuously improve experience offerings based on stakeholder input.

Marketing Operations

Process and track marketing-related invoices and expenses to maintain budget accuracy. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and service providers. Audit marketing materials for brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance with BGO standards. Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and ensure all materials remain current and accessible.

Content Creation & Brand Management

Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content that support leasing objectives. Leverage BGO AI tools to enhance productivity and improve quality of asset management team deliverables. Support property marketing campaigns and leasing initiatives across the portfolio. Ensure all materials align with BGO brand standards and messaging guidelines. Coordinate photography, videography, and other content production needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or related field. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial or residential real estate marketing. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or real estate. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Event planning and/or event management experience. Familiarity with property management software. Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
