Marketing Coordinator – Healthcare – Spain (Barcelona), Slovenia

Meet the team:
 

We’re in search of a motivated individual who is either starting out or looking to build on their marketing experience in a dynamic, fast-paced team. You’ll join our Eastern Europe cluster, as part of the marketing team, working across several distributor markets and collaborating closely with both Marketing and Commercial colleagues.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead for the cluster, you’ll play a key role in enabling the smooth running of distributor marketing activities. You’ll gain exposure to the full marketing mix and take ownership of projects that support the delivery of annual plans across multiple countries.

You’ll build strong relationships in Dexcom and with external partners, gaining valuable insight into how distributor markets operate.


This role can be based in Barcelona Spain, or Slovenia.  The role is home based, with travel required for team meetings.



Where you come in:

You will:

  • Own and maintain the distributor SharePoint, ensuring all approved materials are correctly stored, up-to-date and easy to access
  • Manage Dexcom websites, including content updates and ongoing maintenance
  • Support the marketing team with the review and approval of materials in Veeva Vault
  • Lead the relationship with external translation agencies, ensuring high-quality and timely localisation of content for use on Dexcom’s channels
  • Manage the end-to-end process of contract creation and PO management
  • Track third-party distributor spend, ensuring visibility and accuracy of internal records and timely reporting to finance
  • Support the wider team with operational tasks to support effective delivery of marketing plans
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues across EMEA to share best practice, learnings and scalable ways of working

What makes you successful:

  • You will be fluent in English.  A preference for one or more languages among Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian or Turkish
  • You will be highly organised, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and problem solver, with a deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence, and you will use your initiative to solve problems
  • You will be confident to lead in your area of expertise, speak in front of a group and provide status updates regularly in meetings
  • You will have an ability to connect and develop relationships to get the job done at speed
  • A Marketing degree / qualification and / or a number of years hands on experience with a demonstrated record of marketing impact

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent


Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
