Marketing Coordinator
About the role:
The Marketing Coordinator at Raging Waters Sydney is responsible for the coordinating & developing campaigns, content and activations to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Produce content for and oversee all Social Media channels including B2C email campaigns and admin responsibilities while leveraging these platforms to increase awareness and engage fans with the goal of translating interactions into sales and visits
- Design creative, including in-park signage and website, email, social, and print assets
- Collaborate with agencies to create branded collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, signs, and digital ads
- Develop content for marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and other collateral.
- Create and maintain a library of image and video content to be used across all communication channels.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all communication platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update the Raging Waters Sydney website, regularly reviewing for accuracy and working with internal departments to generate content
- Work with revenue-generating departments to maximize potential for in-Park spending using social media, promotions, in-park signage and other media available to connect with guests
- Coordinate direct guest communication on owned and shared channels (social media, email, and website) to maximize return on special promotions and sales throughout the complex
- Coordinate the park’s email marketing strategies to ensure that relevant and revenue-generating content is delivered on time and on-brand
- Collaborate with social media influencers to help enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist, Sales and groups team to deliver on set strategies
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing and/or General Manager with all aspects of the department as well as other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Currently studying or completed a bachelor’s degree or vocational education in marketing or communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as digital marketing principles.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and standalone in a fast-paced team environment.
- Prior experience in marketing for a customer centric business
