Job Description:

Job Summary:

Greenix Pest Control is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support local marketing

initiatives, expansion efforts, and internal project coordination. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for

candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Junior Marketing Project Manager within 6–12

months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Local Marketing & Listings

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple locations by coordinating localized content,

maintaining accurate listings, and improving engagement through reviews and performance tracking.

Expansion & Location Management

Support business growth by identifying and coordinating new satellite office locations, working with partners to

assist in setup, verification, and successful market launches.

Lease & Financial Coordination

Track lease timelines and renewals while ensuring all receipts, payments, and financial documentation are

organized, accurate, and submitted consistently.

Marketing Project Management

Coordinate and manage marketing tasks using Jira, ensuring projects are organized, prioritized, and completed

efficiently while improving team workflows.

SEO & Content Support (Post-Ramp)

Assist with SEO and content initiatives including website optimization, blog and video coordination, and performance tracking using tools like BrightEdge.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

· Familiarity with marketing or digital tools (SEO, CRM, GBP, or project management tools is a plus)

· Self-starter with a desire to grow into a project management role
