The Role:
The F1 Marketing Team is seeking a passionate coordinator with strong communication and collaboration skills in organizing tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating seamless project execution. This individual needs to be committed to ensuring clear communication channels and timely project delivery. This newly created Marketing Coordinator role is an important addition to the team, offering a unique chance to shape the future of Cadillac in Formula 1 and contribute to building a new, high-performance organization from the ground up. The marketing coordinator will be a key integration person to collaborate across channels around the world.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to seeding the accurate brand message across the global organization, dealerships, media outlets, agencies, etc.
Ensure that all creative marketing materials adhere to strict brand guidelines.
Project management & program coordination: Act as day-to-day project manager for the Cadillac Formula 1 ownership team and support in delivering season roadmaps, milestones, and program goals.
Maintain and update master project plans (race-by-race and season view).
Assist with Budget & finance tracking event by event
Global race logistics: Coordinate international travel, accommodation, and on-site facilities for team members and support staff.
Work closely with vehicle coordinators for global vehicle and show car coordination
Keep master calendar for F1 replica race cars Globally and US
Maintain consistent and clear communications with other partners, agencies, global regions.
Continuity & documentation: Produce pre-race and post-race briefs, after-action reports, and 'lessons learned' documents;
Maintain centralized operational playbooks and checklists to capture institutional knowledge and ensure consistency.
Team enablement: Keep the team organized and on track (scheduling, resource allocation, briefing notes), and handle ad-hoc requests to free leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of work experience with Luxury Brand/event operations, program coordination, or logistics
Exceptional project management skills: able to run multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communicator: able to interface with senior leaders, technical teams, commercial partners, and external promoters.
