Your day at NTT DATA
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Eastern & Central Europe to support and coordinate marketing activities across multiple countries in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
This is a regional coordination and enablement role, not a traditional creative marketing position. The role sits at the intersection of regional leadership, local country teams, and sales, ensuring priorities are aligned, execution is followed through, and nothing critical falls through the cracks.
You will work closely with senior regional stakeholders and country marketing managers, helping orchestrate plans, budgets, lead follow up, executive engagements, and cross country activities. Think of this role as a marketing operations and coordination partner rather than a campaign creator.
This is a newly created role, offering strong visibility, regional exposure, and the opportunity to shape how marketing coordination is done across the region.
 

What you’ll be responsible for

Regional coordination & alignment

  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple Central & Eastern European countries.
  • Act as a key link between regional marketing leadership, local country marketing teams, and sales stakeholders.
  • Ensure regional priorities are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented locally.

Planning, follow‑up & execution support

  • Support country teams in preparing and aligning country marketing plans.
  • Track and follow up on marketing budgets, forecasts, and timelines.
  • Ensure leads generated by global and regional campaigns are properly followed up with sales.
  • Monitor execution progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment.

Leadership & executive support

  • Support regional leadership with executive and leadership visits (e.g. agendas, materials, coordination, logistics).
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, decks, and regional communications.
  • Help organize all‑hands meetings and cross‑country touchpoints.

Tools & operational oversight

  • Work with systems such as Salesforce ( must have experience ) and reporting dashboards to track leads and performance.
  • Bring structure to multiple parallel initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate information flow and ensure decisions are documented and followed up.

What this role is not

  • This is not a graphic design or creative marketing role.
  • This is not a pure demand‑generation or campaign‑execution position.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and working across people and topics, rather than hands‑on creative production.

Experience & mindset

  • Experience in marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage many topics in parallel without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Confident following up, challenging constructively, and keeping things moving.
  • A generalist mindset — curious, adaptable, and pragmatic rather than niche‑specialized.

Personal qualities

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Diplomatic, but not afraid to be direct when needed.
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive.
  • Enjoys supporting others and making complex environments run smoothly.

Contract & location

  • Contractor role with secured budget until the end of the current fiscal year (March), with strong intent to renew.
  • This is a new position with room to grow and evolve.
  • Remote‑friendly across Central / Eastern Europe.
  • Will require occasional travel to countries in the region (not on a daily basis).
