As we expand our presence across Northern Europe, AlertMedia and it's affiliates are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator, EMEA (Contract, 5-20 hours/week) to provide support across events and integrated campaigns.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketing professional to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives—with a focus on in-person/virtual events and campaign execution. The role will emphasise forward planning, structured execution, and campaign follow-up to ensure deadlines are consistently met and initiatives deliver measurable business impact. This role is primarily home-based, offering flexibility to work remotely. Occasional travel will be required to London and Windsor for planning and event execution.

You’re a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional events and campaigns. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
