Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies and initiatives for the Mexican market, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with Sales, Business Units, and Regional Marketing to strengthen brand presence, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.
The professional will manage marketing activities across digital channels, CRM, communications, and campaigns, contributing with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Fluency in English is required to interact with regional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute local marketing plans aligned with regional and global strategies
- Support branding and communication initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage and update digital channels (website, email marketing, social media, campaigns)
- Actively use and support CRM activities, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including:
- Campaign support
- Lead management and tracking
- Data quality and reporting support
- Work closely with the Sales team to support commercial initiatives and customer engagement
- Coordinate marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional assets
- Support events, trade shows, webinars, and customer initiatives
- Monitor basic marketing KPIs and prepare reports and insights
- Ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams and external agencies when required
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or industrial environments
- Experience or strong interest in CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital marketing, and communication tools
