THE ROLE:
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Assist the marketing and trading team in developing, preparing and compiling management and board reports using strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Assist with managing schedules, appointments, document organization and providing general and varied administrative support
Manage domestic and international travel and conference arrangements including liaising with a third-party travel agent, booking travel and associated items such as hotel rooms, meeting rooms, car rentals and activities
Plan and coordinate corporate events for internal and external clients
Manage calendars and the preparation for meetings (venue, catering, equipment, supplies, conferencing requirements)
Preparation and submission of expense reports and corporate credit card statements, including financial coding
Reporting and analysis of travel expenses and various project costs
Work with departments on event requirements such as promotional and presentation materials
Prepare or assist with projects, presentations, written reports or documents
WHAT YOU BRING:
5 + years of related administrative experience
Excellent writing, grammar and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Advanced skills in creating presentations in PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability in using MS Office applications
Ability to collaborate, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship building, patience, listening and intuitive interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multi-task and efficiently respond to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information
