Marketing & Communications Intern

• Develop and execute internal communication across multiple channels 

• Build and activate an employee engagement and wellness calendar with campaigns, events, education opportunities, and staff recognition 

• Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations 

• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant 

• Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture 

• Implementing strategies to enhance environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices. 

• Supporting the preparation of ESG reports 

• Contributing to the development and communication of ESG policies and initiatives. 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and operations. 
   

What you'll need

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization 

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools is preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail

• Proactive attitude  

• Academic background in related field is preferred but not required 

• Fluent spoken and written English
