Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communication & Reputation

  • Serve as company spokesperson and manage media relations.
  • Develop and implement the annual external communication plan.
  • Prepare press materials, key messages and leadership communication tools.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure issue and crisis communication readiness.

Marketing & Branding

  • Support the CDI marketing plan and adapt activities to the Czech market.
  • Develop multi‑channel marketing campaigns and communication materials.
  • Ensure consistent corporate brand identity in collaboration with the Global Brand Team.
  • Create and manage visual identity materials and marketing collateral.

Digital Communication

  • Manage and update the corporate website and local digital content.
  • Oversee owned social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Ensure digital content aligns with corporate branding and CDI strategy.

Events & External Representation

  • Co‑organize congresses, conferences and corporate events.
  • Coordinate company participation in healthcare and nephrology events.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all public engagements.

CSR & Community Engagement

  • Lead CSR initiatives and health‑awareness campaigns.
  • Promote the company’s mission, values and patient‑centric reputation.

Internal Communication & Employer Brand

  • Manage internal communication channels and the internal news platform.
  • Support company events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR on employer branding activities.

Patient Organization Engagement

  • Maintain relationships with patient organizations.
  • Support compliant communication initiatives for patient communities.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Manage external PR/marketing agencies, including planning, performance and budget.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of external messaging.

Institutional & Sector Support

  • Support leadership with communication toward institutional and sector stakeholders.
  • Monitor healthcare trends and translate insights into communication actions.

Market Access Communication

  • Support value‑based communication related to clinical and patient benefits.
  • Align messaging on reimbursement, healthcare policies and access topics.
  • Prepare stakeholder communication materials and ensure compliance.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all communication and marketing activities comply with Group policies, regulations and data privacy rules.
  • Maintain alignment with Group HQ and CDI regions.

Innovation & Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Support strategic partnerships and co‑branding/co‑marketing opportunities

Requirements

Education

University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or related discipline

Postgraduate degree is an asset

Experience

Solid experience in marketing / communication / PR roles, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries

Experience supporting marketing campaigns and marketing strategy execution

Experience working with agencies and managing communication projects end-to-end

Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and working with global guidelines

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)

Excellent analytical and operational skills

Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving marketing performance

Understanding of marketing technologies and approval systems such as Veeva, Marketo or similar platforms

Strategic mindset, planning and project management capabilities

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver under time pressure

Excellent written and spoken Czech and English
