A propos de ce poste

Il s'agit d'un poste intégrant des missions à la fois marketing et communication (influence et relations presse), pour participer au développement de la marque Calvin Klein sur la zone France et Belux. 

 Voici les responsabilités qui te seront confiées :  

 COMMUNICATION 

• Être au contact de notre bureau de presse et notre HQ pour coordonner les demandes et suivre les opportunités de mise en avant 
• Participation à la mise en place de la stratégie d'influence (propositions & validations de profils, suivi des envois et des retombées...) 
• Participation à l'organisation d'événements comme la journée presse, à la sélection des collections presse 
• Traduction et adaptation des textes de collection  
• Gestion des samples presse et gifting : coordination avec les services, inventaire, envois

MARKETING 

• Être garant.e de l'image de marque sur l'ensemble des sites de nos partenaires : mise à jour de l’ensemble de nos assets dans les délais impartis
• Support à la mise en place opérationnelle du plan marketing de la saison (activations digitales ou in store) avec notamment nos partenaires digitaux pureplayers ou nos points de vente outlets 
• Réalisation de reportings après les activations  

AUTRES 

• Création du planning éditorial de communication interne, rédaction des articles
• Création de présentations powerpoint 
• Suivi et mise à jour des plannings (ASANA).

A propos de l'équipe 

Tu seras rattaché.e à la Responsable Marketing Calvin Klein, et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec notre bureau de presse, les autres équipes du siège français et notre HQ. Pour nous, l’esprit d’équipe est essentiel et nous sommes convaincu.e.s que travailler dans la bonne humeur permet de contribuer à la performance !  

A propos de toi  

Si tu es curieux.se, passionné.e par la mode et déterminé.e à transmettre des ondes positives, ce poste est fait pour toi !  

• Tu as un très bon niveau d’anglais (parlé et écrit)  
• Tu as une orthographe irréprochable en français et une belle plume
• Tu disposes au moins d’une expérience de 6 mois dans le secteur du marketing/de la communication/RP en agence ou chez l’annonceur, dans le secteur de la mode ou du luxe
• Tu disposes d’une bonne maitrise du pack office (présentation Powerpoint et Excel) et des outils RP Lefty et Launchmetrics. Avoir des bases en indesign/photoshop est un plus.
• Tu disposes obligatoirement d’une convention de stage.  

La rigueur, l'agilité et la créativité sont des compétences clés.

About the Role

This position combines both marketing and communication responsibilities (influencer marketing and press relations) to support the development of the Calvin Klein brand across France and Belux.

Here are the responsibilities you will take on:

COMMUNICATION

• Liaise with our press agency and HQ to coordinate requests and monitor media opportunities
• Support the implementation of the influencer strategy (profile proposals & validations, shipment follow-up, performance tracking, etc.)
• Assist in organizing events such as press days and selecting press collections
• Translate and adapt collection texts
• Manage press samples and gifting: coordination with departments, inventory management, and shipments

MARKETING

• Ensure brand image consistency across all partner websites: update all assets within set deadlines
• Support the operational rollout of the seasonal marketing plan (digital and in-store activations), particularly with digital pure players and outlet stores
• Prepare post-activation reports

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create the internal communication editorial calendar and write related articles
• Develop PowerPoint presentations
• Monitor and update project timelines (ASANA)

About the Team

You will report to the Calvin Klein Marketing Manager and work closely with our press agency, the French head office teams, and our HQ.

About You

If you are curious, passionate about fashion, and determined to spread positive energy, this role is made for you!

• You have a strong level of English (spoken and written)
• You have excellent French writing skills and strong copywriting abilities
• You have at least 6 months of experience in marketing/communication/PR, either in an agency or in-house, ideally in the fashion or luxury sector
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and PR tools such as Lefty and Launchmetrics. Knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop is a plus
• You must have an internship agreement

Rigor, agility, and creativity are key skills for this role.
