Who is the Marketing Client Services Manager?
The Marketing Client Services Manager works directly with the Marketing Account Manager, vendor contacts and internal Agency Ingram Micro associates to track and execute strategic vendor marketing plans. You are accountable for maintaining and executing plans and managing vendor MDF/coop/budget. You will be responsible for helping to pull ROI reporting to help support marketing activities executed and work with internal and external stakeholders to review. You will collaborate with the account manager in the development of marketing plans and have knowledge of Ingram Micro reseller customers and segments in order to position Ingram Micro’s programs and services effectively.

A successful Marketing Client Services Manager is resourceful, proactive, capable of multi-tasking, have problem solving skills, negotiating skills, strong attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills. You must display the ability to bring innovative, dynamic thinking to the overall marketing strategy. This includes: collaborative solution marketing ideas, trusted advocate for the account manager, and the ability to adapt to any changes related to vendor or market trends. You must be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance your presence with the key stakeholders.
What experience, knowledge and skills does an Associate / Marketing Client Services Manager need?
You must display knowledge of technology products and distribution channels relative to assigned product category; General computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint) as well as the ability to learn additional applications as necessary.
You must display excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner. Capable of multi-tasking, have problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills.
You must display the ability to analyze and evaluate information effectively to make decisions. You must be able to identify priorities and plan accordingly.
You must be able to partner effectively with customers and vendors and builds relationships to influence, execute and drive ideas forward.
Requirements:
Education: Formal education or training: Bachelor's degree or relevant additional experience in related field.
Experience: Previous work experience: 2 ½ to 4 years related industry experience.
Demonstrated knowledge or similar experience outside of Ingram Micro related to the above.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $74,400.00 - $119,100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
