Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Analytics Senior Manager to lead the optimization of Slack’s digital marketing channels. You will be the operational backbone of our digital growth engine, using data visualization to translate complex data signals into high-impact narratives for the C-suite. As a pioneer in the AI-first marketing landscape, you will leverage LLMs and prompt engineering to redefine how Slack reaches and engages with innovative enterprises.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Insights & Tableau Visualization: Design and own sophisticated Tableau dashboards that monitor Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and ROI. Deploy Tableau Pulse and AI Agents to provide real-time, natural-language intelligence to the leadership team.

  • C-Suite Advisory & Communication: Regularly present analytical findings to executive leadership. Translate data into high-level business stories that influence budget allocation and global growth strategies.

  • Data Analytics & Orchestration: Interpret large datasets to identify patterns and provide recommendations for executive decision-making. Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance marketing tools and tracking frameworks.

  • Channel Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing and multivariate analysis on digital channels to increase engagement and improve ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytics & Visualization: 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics with expert-level proficiency in Tableau. Ability to build intuitive, automated reporting frameworks for large-scale data.

  • AI & Prompting Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering techniques (Zero-shot, Few-shot, CoT) and experience with various LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Writer.ai). Understanding of GEO and AI-driven SEO strategies is essential.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to present to the C-suite, with a track record of influencing senior leadership through data-driven storytelling.

  • Marketing Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS lifecycle, pipeline attribution, and performance metrics (MQL, SQL, LTV).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • SQL Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL for data transformation and exploration within relational databases (e.g., Snowflake) is a strong plus.

  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and the Slack platform.

  • Advanced Analytics: Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
