As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be at the center of G Adventures’ global marketing engine—bringing integrated campaigns to life across multiple markets and channels. You’ll partner with regional & global marketing teams plus creative, digital, CRM, content and commercial teams to translate strategic priorities into impactful campaigns that inspire travellers and drive measurable results. You’ll be responsible for leading the project management and creative team resourcing of marketing initiatives.
This is a 18-20 month limited term position to cover a leave of absence. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week required in our Toronto office.
Coordinate global and regional campaign plans and resourcing of creative services to ensure alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives.
Own and maintain the global marketing calendar, ensuring teams are aligned on timelines, priorities, and key launches.
Help bring structure and clarity to campaign planning across a diverse, international marketing organization.
Partner with Marketing leadership and regional teams to transform strategic initiatives into actionable campaign plans.
Own the intake and creative briefing process for global marketing services—supporting the regional and global marketing teams in translating customer insights, business goals, and brand strategy into clear, compelling briefs that empower creative, CRM and content teams to do their best work.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Management, Legal, and Operations to support marketing teams in developing impactful campaigns.
Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and traditional channels.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Continuously improve campaign workflows, processes, and creative guidelines documentation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage campaign timelines, creative resourcing, and budgets using project management tools such as ClickUp.
Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring seamless coordination and management of deliverables between internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Support marketing budget tracking and reconciliation processes.
Supervise the set-up and smooth execution of global pricing promotions.
Serve as a central connector across Creative, Digital, Content, Communications, Revenue Management, Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.
Build strong working relationships that enable teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Help foster a culture of collaboration, proactive planning, accountability, and shared success.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Champion a performance mindset, leading campaign reporting and performance analysis to inform future growth strategies.
Stay informed on customer trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree required, in Marketing, Brand management, or a related field. Project management certification would be an asset.
4–6 years of experience in marketing campaign management, marketing operations, or account management (agency or global brand experience is an asset).
Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders to translate a brand's core values into engaging consumer-facing campaigns.
Impeccable project management skills and highly proficient in managing timelines, developing workback schedules, juggling priorities, and resources in fast-moving environments.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed actionable marketing plans and clear creative direction for creative and content teams.
Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., ClickUp) for scheduling, resourcing, timeline management, and cross-functional task delegation, and marketing reporting tools (e.g. Looker).
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing teams without direct authority.
Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented planner, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Collaborative and relationship-driven leader, with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting in a fast-changing environment.
Curious, data-informed, and motivated by continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
Base Salary Hiring Range: 70,000.00 - 75,000.00 CAD annually
Final salary offered will fall within the posted salary range and will vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
