Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities would include:
Email and Web Campaign Support
- Assist in drafting email copy using firm-approved templates, with calls-to-action and relevant content blocks
- Complete Workfront intake forms and monitor request progress, escalating blockers to Manager
- Prepare and organize assets for submission to the Digital Marketing Team
Event Support
- Support identification of key accounts for inclusion at various events (e.g. client roundtables, dinners, sponsored events)
- Assist in drafting invitations using firm-approved templates, with calls-to-action and relevant content blocks
- Support post-event follow-up
Social Media Content Execution
- Draft initial social copy aligned to campaign goals and key messages
- Upload content into Sprinklr for scheduling and document go-live timelines
- Support post-publication monitoring by actioning on engagement insights to ensure the target market is reached
Campaign Asset Support
- Draft initial copy and banner assets for email or web templates
- Create social media cards using Canva and align to brand guidelines
- Complete Workfront intake forms and monitor request progress, escalating blockers to Manager
Content QA and Scheduling
- Conduct basic QA (links, branding, layout) for campaign components
- Upload content into Sprinklr and track post-publishing performance
- Archive published content and metrics
Reporting and Admin Tasks
- Track and maintain campaign logs and asset repositories
- Support list management and content review coordination
Job Requirements and Preferences:
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills (email, web, and social), with solid formatting and attention to brand voice
- Campaign operations and project coordination skills (intake, tracking, follow-ups, and on-time execution)
- Digital marketing platform proficiency (Microsoft Office; exposure to Workfront, Sprinklr, Canva, and/or similar tools)
- Content QA and detail orientation (links, layout, branding checks; accurate asset management and archiving)
- Reporting and analytical skills (maintaining logs, tracking performance/engagement, and turning insights into actions)
- Basic knowledge of Office Suite; exposure to Sprinklr, Canva, or Workfront a plus
- Strong writing and formatting skills; willingness to learn digital platforms
- Experiencing leveraging ChatGPT for content creation and daily tasks.
Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, communications, or internship experience.
Education and Qualifications: Graduates or advanced students in Marketing or related fields.
Language: Proficiency in english (oral & written).
