Primary Accountabilities:
Campaign Management (25%)
Coordinate content-led campaign timelines, deliverables, review cycles, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time launches.
Maintain structured workflows and process adherence within Monday.com and related project-tracking tools.
Ensure campaign assets and tracking requirements are complete, accurate, and organized across Salesforce, Highspot, and related systems.
Content Writing [Supporting Campaign Assets] (25%)
Draft and facilitate production of supporting campaign assets (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) based on approved messaging and content direction.
Use AI tools, templates, and established frameworks to efficiently generate, iterate, and version campaign assets while maintaining accuracy, brand standards, and consistency.
Partner with Sr. Content Marketing Manager and Creative teams to manage revisions, formatting, and quality checks, ensuring all supporting assets are finalized and ready for launch across channels.
Reporting & Optimization (50%)
Review campaign performance and attribution to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Own required monthly and quarterly marketing reporting for leadership, summarizing results, learnings, and growth opportunities.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that inform planning, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and ongoing optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, content marketing, or project management.
Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Highspot, Monday.com, JIRA) preferred.
Working knowledge of generative AI/LLMs preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple workflows across systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
English fluency required.
