The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for transforming marketing strategies into effective campaigns and optimizing the marketing activity that drive customer engagement, lead nurturing and revenue growth. The role blends technical skills with strategic marketing to deliver personalized, scalable communication. The goals include the improvement of campaign executional efficiency to drive revenue growth by automating marketing processes, delivering personalized experiences, and generating qualified leads.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and executive automated marketing workflows across channels including direct mail, email, SMS and digital.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns in execution platform.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize based on results.
  • Collaborate with content, CRM and digital teams to align strategies.
  • Maintain data quality, lead scoring and contact lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and consent regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with marketing execution tool; Red Point Interactive preferred.
  • Proficient in campaign building, segmentation, lead nurturing, A/B testing and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret results to leadership.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong communication, project management and collaboration skills.

Salary Range:

$75,502.00 - $124,039.00

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
