The Job:

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be part of the Marketing team and responsible for the following:

  • Monitor and report on product inventory, liquidation, and marketing activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor data to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Support new product introductions, including coordinating samples and marketing collateral.
  • Organize product field trials and compile feedback to improve future launches.
  • Track product improvements and packaging updates.
  • Maintain marketing action trackers and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, sourcing, and supply chain to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

The Person:

You are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to learn and grow. You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and not afraid to take initiative. You also have:

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related area (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
