Work Flexibility: Hybrid
As a Stryker Communications Marketing Associate, you will help with the execution of brand strategies, bringing awareness to how the iSuite helps hospitals realize the full value of their OR investment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, interface with hospital leaders and sales representatives, and establish product branding and messaging. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in supporting the launch of new, innovative workflow and intelligence solutions, helping translate complex technology into meaningful customer value. This position offers exposure to high-visibility initiatives, customer-facing experiences, and the opportunity to shape how advanced digital healthcare solutions are positioned in the market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support sales teams by helping respond to questions and customer needs related to assigned iSuite and digital workflow products through email, phone, virtual, and in‑person interactions
- Assist with executing marketing initiatives that bring products to customers, including trade shows, customer visits, field events, and educational programs
- Help create, update, and maintain marketing materials such as product messaging, presentations, brochures, digital tools, and other commercial assets
- Support sales and marketing training by helping prepare content and, as appropriate, co‑presenting alongside more senior team members
- Partner closely with sales, product management, engineering, regulatory, and other cross‑functional teams to gather field feedback, identify market trends, and support continuous improvement and new product initiatives
- Assist with internal communications to Sales and key stakeholders, including product updates, portfolio messaging, competitive insights, and business initiatives
- Support product launches and customer engagements by helping translate complex technology into clear, compelling value propositions
- Participate in customer interactions and observational experiences as appropriate to build understanding of customer needs and workflows
- Support broader business planning activities such as Executive Demand Reviews (EDRs) and Annual Marketing Planning (AMP)
- Prepare reports, summaries, and insights that help inform marketing and business decisions
- Grow into a subject matter expert (SME) for a portion of the Communications/iSuite portfolio, becoming a trusted marketing partner to sales and internal teams
WHAT YOU NEED
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0+ years of professional experience
Preferred
- Internship, co‑op, or early career experience in marketing, communications, sales, healthcare, technology, or a related field
- Experience supporting projects, presentations, storytelling initiatives, or customer‑facing deliverables
- Strong communication skills with an interest in translating complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- US10: $65,900 - $91,600 USD Annual
Travel Percentage: 30%
