As a Marketing Associate – Financial Admin, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our marketing campaigns financially sound and compliant.


What you’ll do
 

  • Own the Marketing Budget Tracker: Manage end-to-end financial administration for campaigns, including budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and accurate spend records.
  • Keep the Numbers Honest: Monitor budgets, flag variances early, and ensure compliance with financial policies and vendor agreements.
  • Orchestrate the Admin Flow: Support PO creation, invoice approvals, and payment tracking while liaising with procurement and finance teams.
  • Be the Connector: Act as the bridge between marketing and finance, providing clear updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Champion Process Excellence: Identify workflow improvements, document processes, and maintain data integrity.
  • Support, Learn, Grow: Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and stay curious about marketing strategy and campaign delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • A love for numbers and the ability to make them tell a story.
  • Meticulous attention to detail—because every cent counts.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate finance-speak into marketing-friendly language.
  • Collaborative spirit and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years in financial administration or marketing finance.
  • Exceptional Excel and financial systems skills.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related discipline.
