What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns:
Create campaign and promotional decks to share with sales teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Compile campaign performance data and draft reports or decks to share with stakeholders.
Draft marketing updates and communications:
Prepare updates for review by marketing managers to ensure regular communication across the organization.
Coordinate event logistics:
Research venues, costs, and budgets.
Complete event-specific tasks, provide branding support, and address sales enablement requirements.
Manage marketing collateral:
Regularly review and update marketing collateral and assets.
Organize, maintain, and update marketing collateral systems, including Teams and SharePoint.
Provide administrative support:
Submit requisitions, purchase orders (PO#s), and manage Market Development Funds (MDF) requirements.
Order and maintain marketing swag inventory.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
