Reports to: Marketing Communications Specialist, North America

Job Summary: The Marketing Student Worker will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, assisting with day-to-day activities that help execute campaigns, events, and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations, communications, and project coordination within a professional business environment. 

 

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Help manage inventory of marketing collateral, promotional items, and event materials 

  • Support preparation and distribution of marketing materials (print and digital) 

  • Assist with trade show and event preparation, including packing, unpacking, labeling, and organizing materials 

  • Assist with coordinating marketing projects, schedules, and deadlines 

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, file organization, and document management 

  • Perform general office and support duties as needed 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled as a college or university student (marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred) 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions accurately 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools is a plus 

 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds 

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently 

  • Ability to stand or move for extended periods during events or material preparation
