Marketing Assistant

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Complete an internship by executing tasks as assigned within a limited and agreed period of time, and with relevant skills and knowledge, contribute to the function's area of expertise. (Usually relevant for students and graduates.)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, updating, and sharing product reports related to the Marine & Protective product group with relevant teams

• Creating reports and documents related to product features, areas of application, technical information, and marketing content

• Providing marketing support for promotional requests related to the Marine & Protective business line

• Preparing the necessary information and documentation for promotion processes and ensuring coordination with relevant departments

• Following up on the preparation and approval processes of promotional materials (brochures, presentations, samples, etc.)

• Maintaining documentation related to promotional activities and preparing result and evaluation reports

What We Look For

• Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week (preferably with no mandatory attendance requirement)

• Preferably studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

• Eager to learn, open to innovation, and actively follows new trends and developments

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Highly motivated to develop a career in marketing

• Proficient in English

• Able to use MS Office applications effectively; preferably advanced in Excel and PowerPoint

• Residing in Istanbul (Asian side)
