The Marketing Assistant will support marketing activities for ProKASRO’s trenchless technology and CIPP solutions, ensuring alignment with HammerHead marketing strategies. This role focuses on campaign execution, event coordination, and digital marketing support to drive brand awareness and business growth.

This role will be based at the Englewood, Colorado. Fully remote is not available at this time. The current team works 5-days on campus.
Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse, and to handle other computer components.
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for CIPP and trenchless solutions.
Prepare and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, product sheets).
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, industry events, and customer demos.
Manage updates to digital platforms (website, product pages, SEO, paid search).
Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis reports.
Support social media content creation and scheduling.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
Provide administrative support for vendor coordination and budget tracking.
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel for events (10–15%).
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications preferred.

Competitive Salary – A reasonable salary estimate is $22.50 - $22.75/hour for this opportunity. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
