Role Summary

As the Marketing Assistant plays a key supporting role in amplifying our brand, driving awareness across financial services audiences, and enabling marketing activities that support business growth.

This role contributes to the execution of digital campaigns, content creation, event coordination, and internal/external communications—helping ensure that Lenvi continues to stand out as a trusted, modern, and insight driven fintech partner.

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across B2B environments:

  • Assist with email marketing, nurturing campaigns, and client updates using Lenvi’s marketing automation platforms.

  • Assist with the coordination of paid and organic social activity on channels such as LinkedIn—ensuring brand consistency and timely posting.

  • Support the coordination of industry events, conferences, webinars, and Lenvi-hosted roundtables.

  • Assist with event logistics (registrations, collateral, speaker briefs, follow-up communications).

  • Help ensure Lenvi’s brand is represented consistently across all touchpoints.

  • Produce short-form copy for social media, website updates, sales collateral, and internal communications.

  • Assist with basic design tasks using tools such as Canva or AI design tools to support campaign assets.

  • Collect and organise campaign performance metrics, helping the team evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activity.

  • Update CRM and marketing automation lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for financial sector audiences.

  • Conduct competitor scanning, market research, and trend tracking across fintech, lending, risk, and compliance.

  • Organise shared marketing assets, case studies, and brand resources.

  • Support procurement tasks including managing POs, invoices, and supplier communications.

What we want to see from your application

  • Strong written communication skills and an interest in fintech or financial services marketing.

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Confidence using digital tools (Microsoft 365, social scheduling tools,).

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when handling data or compliance related content.

  • 0–2 years in marketing, communications, or related discipline (placement experience welcome).

  • Familiarity with fintech, payments, lending, or risk management topics.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

  • Experience with design tools or basic video editing.

  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment
