We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing and eCommerce teams by contributing to initiatives aimed at growing our D2C business and ensuring a seamless & memorable experience for our fans.

Key Focus Areas:

  • CRM Support: Assist in customer engagement initiatives to grow our CRM program, analyze customer data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve retention efforts.
  •  Ecommerce Merchandising: Enhance product visibility and drive sales through effective website merchandising and creative content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Support CRM initiatives online and offline, focusing on loyalty program management and customer engagement.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of EDM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to creative copywriting for website content, EDMs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data and website metrics to optimize merchandising and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns targeting loyalty program members to drive retention and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate product information and assist with inventory management.
  • Assist in website merchandising to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

  • Assist with ad hoc planning & administration tasks which assist both D2C and broader marketing team workload.
     

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in eCommerce marketing, digital merchandising, or a related field, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies, with a focus on loyalty programs.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis and website metrics to inform marketing decisions.

  • Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging content across various platforms.

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and project coordination.

  • Strong cross functional alignment experience working with many internal stakeholders on projects which require contribution from many individuals/departments.

  • Naturally passionate and aligned with Levi’s brand, with a desire to be part of and contribute to our culture.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in campaign execution, content creation, and data management.
