Position Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to assist in the launch of a new product in a large and complex institution and may also assist the Campaign Coordinator in other day to day marketing duties so there’s an opportunity to be exposed to the broader Marketing function.


Activities of this casual role may include supporting the Alumni Campaign Coordinator and Alumni Marketing Manager to launch a new marketing initiative: the RMIT Alumni Business Directory, coordinating the listings being published on the Business Directory including checking submissions for spelling and grammar, fact checking business credentials via their digital profiles, following up on missing details, recording information in the CRM and on a master database and sending finalised profiles to our Digital team for publishing.

Our ideal candidate will have:
•    Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage process driven task. 
•    Excellent communication skills including the ability to review and edit copy.
•    Experience using in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Experience in maintaining a database and reporting key metrics is desired but not essential.

Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Business, PR or a related field is required.
