Required:
1-2 years’ experience, high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in marketing, communications, or operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to maintain professionalism and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment.
This role is based in a dynamic and collaborative office setting, supporting marketing, communication, promotions, and programming functions across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes for the largest wholesale tire distributor in the country.
