Marketing and Programming Support Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Programming Support Associate to join our team at the nation’s largest wholesale tire distributor. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Communications and Enterprise Alignment and play a vital role in supporting the operations of marketing, communications, promotions, and programming.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm onsite at our Appleton office (hybrid Fridays).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Submit claims to the finance department, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Compile and run reports for ongoing promotions and marketing activities.
  • Process tire program enrollments, including handling all associated paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing communications and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support for programming initiatives within the organization.
  • Complete other projects and tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing Communications and Enterprise Alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 1-2 years’ experience, high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in marketing, communications, or operations.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to maintain professionalism and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Demonstrated customer focus and team-oriented mindset.

  • Proactive approach to problem solving and project management.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment.

  • This role is based in a dynamic and collaborative office setting, supporting marketing, communication, promotions, and programming functions across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes for the largest wholesale tire distributor in the country.
