About the opportunity
The Marketing & Digital Delivery Specialist is responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising high‑performing digital marketing that drives growth across priority aged care services. The role works closely with service leads and the broader business to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with organisational goals, operational capacity, and the Healthy Ageing strategy.
This position owns the end‑to‑end execution of digital activity, including paid media, website optimisation, marketing automation, email journeys, and conversion improvement. The specialist uses data-driven insights to identify and target key audience groups, directing them to the most relevant service channels and pathways.
Hands‑on and performance‑focused, the role plays a critical part in improving brand visibility, enquiry generation, lead quality, and digital engagement. All digital delivery must be compliant, accessible, person‑centred, and reflective of the dignity and needs of older Australians and their families.
What you’ll bring
You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience planning, delivering and optimising high‑performing digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and measurable results
Strong hands‑on capability across paid media, websites, marketing automation, email journeys and conversion rate optimisation
Proven ability to use data and insights to identify priority audience segments and optimise pathways to enquiry and conversion
Experience working closely with service leads and cross‑functional stakeholders to align digital activity with business objectives and operational capacity
A performance mindset, with a strong focus on lead quality, enquiry generation, digital engagement and brand visibility
Well‑developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and continuously improve outcomes
A sound understanding of accessibility, compliance and best‑practice digital standards
A person‑centred approach, with the ability to deliver respectful, inclusive and dignified digital experiences for older Australians and their families
You will also be required to provide evidence of:
4–7+ years’ experience in digital marketing with hands‑on execution across web, SEO/SEM, content, and social.
Strong experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to manage paid digital campaigns and collaborate with agencies.
Strong data interpretation, reporting skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
