About The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the content ideation, development, publication and management of marketing channels such as social media platforms, search engines, website management and EDM marketing.
The role has a digital focus however where appropriate traditional marketing media and solutions may be utilised.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including advertising, social media, direct marketing, PR, and events.
Coordinate campaign delivery with internal stakeholders, Group Office marketing teams, and external agencies.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on engagement, effectiveness, and ROI.
Develop and publish marketing and communications content across websites, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Manage and maintain the hospital’s digital assets including websites, social media channels, and CRM.
Utilize marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Zoho CRM, marketing automation platforms, and EDM systems.
About You:
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
Demonstrable success in digital marketing.
Experience and understanding of a range of digital tools and channels.
Ability to create and edit graphics and videos, using dedicated design platforms.
Previous experience with creating content for social media channels.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.

About The Mater:
In this role you will be based at the Mater hospital, North Sydney.
One of Sydney’s premier private hospitals.
Close by to train stations at North Sydney, St Leonards, and Crows Nest, and buses on Pacific Highway.
The only Australian hospital that is a member of the International Society of Orthopaedic Centres.
Core specialties include Obstetrics, Orthopaedics including hip and knee joint replacements, bone and sports injuries, cardiology, cancer care and surgery, lung and vascular medicine, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, endocrine surgery, and neurosurgery.
