  • Manage creative projects from conception to execution with accountability for tactical outcomes.
  • Actively participate in creative brainstorms, ideation, and strategy sessions, assisting in routing creative assets for stakeholder review and synthesizing feedback.

Brand & Reputation Management: Maintain strong working relationships based on trust and respect with cross-functional teammates to ensure brand standards are upheld across all tactical deliverables.

Strategic Planning & Support: Support the development of strategic planning and the execution of long-term efforts to achieve team goals.• Present concepts and project updates to the team and stakeholders.

  • Project Management & Strategic Execution: Proven ability to take a strategic concept from a senior leader and drive tactical execution. Strong ability to manage multiple creative deliverables, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure without sacrificing quality.

  • Strategic Thinking: Curiosity and a desire to continually learn about the business of healthcare and the changing dynamics of kidney care. Understands content development, channel delivery, and both traditional and emerging communications trends.

  • Collaboration & Mindset: Solutions-driven, highly detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn from senior strategists. Proclivity to be a positive, self-starting problem-solver within a healthy, high-functioning team operating in a fast-paced environment.
