DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative team as a Marketing Analyst III, where you'll support data-driven decision making and strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that contribute to business growth and customer success. Working with advanced tools and technologies, you'll partner across teams to help analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance our digital presence and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows to curate marketing and customer data into analytics-ready datasets.
  • Collaborate with IT in maintaining Lakehouse / warehouse-style data models (tables, views) that support marketing KPIs and downstream analytics use cases.
  • Create and optimize database schemas, tables, and views aligned to business requirements and performance needs.
  • Implement data quality controls, monitoring systems, and automated testing procedures to ensure data accuracy and metric consistency
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure using modern data stack practices, including governance and secure access patterns as appropriate for analytics
  • Automate routine data operations and improve scalability by optimizing compute patterns and transformations.
  • Collaborate with other analytics team members to ensure curated datasets support ongoing analysis and advanced measurement initiatives and create new ones as needed
  • Support dashboard and reporting development by delivering report-ready datasets, including cleansed/standardized tables for KPI monitoring
  • Contribute to KPI monitoring and insights workflows by ensuring reporting logic is
  • reproducible and consistent across teams/tools

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 2-3 years in leveraging the required tools in a professional environment
  • (preferably marketing) or similar.
  • Databricks (Databricks SQL / Spark-based workflows; Delta Lake preferred),
  • Advanced SQL (complex transformations, performance optimization, analytical
  • patterns), Python (data processing, automation, validation) or similar tools.
  • Experience with modern data engineering practices: data modeling, transformation
  • frameworks, testing/monitoring, version control, and operationalization.
  • Proficiency with common reporting workflows and tools used for dashboards/KPI
  • monitoring (e.g., Power BI or similar), and the ability to structure data for reporting
  • consumption.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining data assets that support analytics and
  • reporting on a scale.
  • Experience with marketing analytics domains such as funnel performance,
  • campaign measurement, and attribution-style metrics (as data requirements).
  • Familiarity with governance/catalog concepts (e.g., structured documentation and
  • controlled access for sensitive datasets).
