Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end data lifecycle, from engineering BigQuery foundations to delivering predictive insights that drive global marketing strategy. You will join a high-impact team of hybrid talents who act as the "engine" of our marketing intelligence, turning disparate data into a unified "single pane of glass" for the entire organization.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Architect and Optimize Data Infrastructure: Design and maintain a scalable Google BigQuery environment that integrates the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack and multiple Salesforce instances to provide a unified data warehouse.
  • Deliver Advanced Predictive Analytics: Develop and deploy sophisticated data models, including Multi-Touch Attribution and Propensity Models, to forecast performance and optimize global marketing spend.
  • Consult as a Strategic Insights Partner: Collaborate with Field Marketing and Global Campaign teams to translate complex data into executive-level narratives and establish measurement best practices.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of experience in quantitative roles such as Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science, preferably within a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing funnel.
  • Strong knowledge of technical data stacks, specifically Expert Structured Query Language (SQL), Python or R for statistical modeling, and managing data flows within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proven ability in full-stack reporting and visualization, with advanced proficiency in creating scalable data products using Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
