- Own and build website analytics dashboards (Adobe Analytics) and tagging governance
- Partner with Data Engineering, Marketing Ops, and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure data quality, taxonomy alignment, tagging standards, and consistent measurement across web, campaigns, and CRM.
- Develop and maintain marketing‑funnel analytics, attribution frameworks, and reporting (Power BI).
- Translate analysis into clear, outcome‑focused recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency; present to senior leadership and local markets.
Success at 30 days
- Onboarded to our analytics workflows, products, KPIs, and taxonomy, working closely with Analytic team counterparts
- Aligning with key local market, marketing stakeholders and core partners in Data Engineering, Marketing Ops on operating processes (cadences, SLAs, channels).
- Assumed ownership of at least one active analytics initiative and defined immediate next steps, owners, and success measures
- Scheduled a recurring insight cadence with key partners and have ran the first session to build early credibility.
Success at 4 months
- You now have taken full ownership and responsibility of your projects, where you lead you own planning, prioritization, stakeholder reporting and escalations.
- Delivered 2–3 high‑impact analytics projects that demonstrably improved marketing performance and ROI
- You are ready to take on more responsibilities and are bringing ideas into the analytic roadmap which have the potential to generate greater ROI and value for our organisation
About you
