As a Marketing Analytics Lead, you will be the analytical engine behind CRM and New User Acquisition, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth leadership to understand user behavior, measure impact, and scale the initiatives that drive Rappi's growth.

This is a mid-level individual contributor role with a clear path to grow. You will be expected to build ownership progressively – taking ambiguous business problems, defining and scoping them rigorously, and driving them to insight and action with increasing autonomy over time. You will work alongside a technically strong team who will support your growth — from analytical methods to business strategy — and from whom there is a lot to learn. Your manager will be a close partner in that journey actively supporting your development.

You will generate original insight, challenge assumptions backed by data, and influence decisions that affect millions of users across Latin America.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Experimentation & Causal Measurement from classical A/B testing to leverage ML and AI-driven causal methods

  • Apply adaptive experimentation and optimization frameworks to accelerate learning velocity and improve the efficiency of growth experiments

  • Contribute analytical thinking to optimization problems in growth: budget allocation across acquisition channels, targeting policy design for CRM, and sequencing of lifecycle interventions.

  • Analyze user behavior across the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention funnel to surface non-obvious patterns and generate hypotheses worth testing.

  • Develop segmentation and behavioral models that sharpen targeting and improve the effectiveness of CRM and acquisition strategies.

  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, including Marketing and Growth leadership.

  • Build narratives around data that drive decisions, not just awareness. The standard is not a well-formatted deck; it's a changed mind or a better decision.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to scope and define analytical problems in ambiguous environments.

  • Strong experiment design skills: power analysis, randomization strategies, variance reduction techniques, and interpreting results under real-world noise and complexity.

  • Solid applied knowledge of causal inference methods beyond A/B testing: difference-in-differences, synthetic control, regression discontinuity, or similar quasi-experimental approaches.

  • Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency and strong working proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly through written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
