We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Enablement Lead!
Championing the moments that drive our consumers closer to our brands (Absolut Vodka, Jameson, Chivas Regal, Havana Club, Ballantine’s and more than 200 in the portfolio) is at the core of Pernod Ricard’s global Consumer Journey & Marketing Performance strategy; therefore it is business-critical that the Group makes sharp, disciplined choices from marketing investment decisions (market, brand, touchpoint, platform) to best-in-class media execution.
As part of this journey, we are searching for a Marketing Analytics Enablement Lead to join the Global Consumer Journey & Marketing Performance team. Reporting to the Global Media and Measurement Director, this person will act as the business architect of the media and marketing performance data ecosystem, ensuring that every data point and tool serves a clear business purpose which then enable the media and performance experts to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for the broader marketing teams.
The Lead will work in close collaboration with Media and Measurement experts as well as Tech Capabilities team in defining the analytics vision and strategy steering must-have optimizations and evolutions that will all help elevate our understanding of our media & marketing performance.
You will act as the bridge between Marketing, Tech, and external partners, translating business needs into scalable data & analytics solutions, with the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Strategy & Business Alignment
Own the media and marketing performance analytics strategy and vision: build and maintain the media and performance analytics roadmap, aligning internal stakeholders (brand, media, trade, tech, finance) on priorities and long-term direction.
Lead the business framing of evolutions and optimizations: conduct user interviews, build presentations for internal business and functional stakeholders, and ensure continuous improvement of analytics products from a business standpoint
Business prioritization of initiatives: perform cost-benefit analysis, balance short-term delivery needs against long-term strategic goals, and recommend priorities to the Tech Product Owner for backlog integration
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather business requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the Tech Product Owner (in the Tech Capabilities/Solutions team)
Consult with internal teams (Tech Data & Analytics; Tech Data Governance; Tech Cybersecurity; Strategic Planning; Consumer Insights, etc.) to ensure cross-team dependencies are surfaced and addressed
Coordinate with external agencies and platform vendors on integrations, enhancements, and issue resolutions, as needed
Tools Adoption & Engagement
Drive user adoption across local market users, agencies, and cross-functional teams
Create and maintain upskilling/training materials, best practices, onboarding resources, and other key support & documentation
Actively collect user feedback and translate insights into a continuous loop of tools improvements

Experience & Background
Seniority: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience as marketing data & analytics expert or solutions lead
Industry Context: Experience working in a global CPG (consumer goods) organization or as part of the data/analytics team at a specialized digital analytics firm or top-tier media agency
Scale: Experience working on marketing data and measurement/analytics tools & solutions across touchpoints (especially digital media; offline touchpoints data experience a plus)
Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Technical & Functional Skills
Previous experience as marketing data & analytics expert or solutions lead is a must
Understand how to develop software, client interface
