The Marketing Analytics Associate or AVP will support Blackstone’s Corporate Affairs organization, with a primary focus on the Private Wealth business, by delivering data-driven insights that inform marketing strategy, measure effectiveness, and support broader business decisions. This role partners closely with marketing channel teams, technology, and business stakeholders to build scalable analytics, reporting, and measurement frameworks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical rigor and business acumen and effectively translates complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior-level leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Generate actionable insights through analysis of marketing initiatives and audience behavior
  • Develop learning agendas and measurement frameworks for core marketing programs, including defined KPIs
  • Identify client segments and targeting opportunities to inform marketing strategy
  • Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing governance and audits
  • Drive best practices in data usage and inputs through documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Communicate analytical insights through clear, compelling presentations and narratives for leadership and key stakeholders

              

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or data analytics roles, preferably within financial services, asset management, or similar data-intensive environment
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; effectively navigates complex business questions
  • Proven skills translating data into actionable insights that are aligned with marketing and business objectives
  • Strong experience performing complex, multi-variable analyses on large, structured customer, sales, and marketing datasets
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages for data manipulation, advanced analysis, and automation
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining Tableau dashboards or comparable business intelligence dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong data storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic; and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $135,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
