Job Description:

Datasite is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, energetic Field Marketing Analyst to support our LATAM marketing team in the tactical execution and administration of multi-channel programs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day logistical and administrative support of an array of marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on field sales support and live and virtual event logistics, and the opportunity for increasing responsibility and skill development in event management, project planning and administration thereof.

As a member of a dynamic, nimble Marketing team, you will report directly to the LATAM Marketing Manager and will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of a fast-growing Marketing department’s deliverables.

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel across Latin America, with trips to Mexico, Chile, Peru, and Colombia.

  • Travel cadence varies by season and business needs—typically once every month or every two months.

 

Work Schedule

  • Regular office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with occasional additional days as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Event Marketing:

Assist LATAM/Brazil field marketing team in the execution of live and virtual events for new and ongoing campaigns. Duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Logistics: maintain event forms, web pages, registration lists and reporting within marketing automation platform, website, and CRM
  • Event communications: edit/draft copy, proof-read, manage workflow.
  • Event materials: manage and track ordering, printing, shipping, set-up.
  • On-site support: receipt of packages/unpacking; name tags/registration/check-in; manage onsite relationships; post-event packing/tear-down.
  • Supplier and vendor management, including processing POs and invoices.
  • Planning: draft online global events calendar entries and external events pages for LATAM events
  • Virtual: Support in online event set-up, production support and post-event reporting

Marketing Administration and Sales Enablement

Support the LATAM marketing team with marketing administration and field sales enablement programs including (but not limited to):

  • Tracking and support with field marketing contracts, POs, and invoicing; working with marketing operations and finance as necessary.
  • Maintain speaker roster and panelist engagement.
  • Track updates and changes to the LATAM sales org for communications
  • Maintain LATAM groupings and channel organization in the Terminus email signature platform.
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets for the team within Microsoft365.
  • Support with various field sales enablement programs as needed, including direct mail and holiday gifting, materials for seller-led client engagements (lunch & learns, demos), and executive event needs, with a focus on Brazil sales team.

Content Marketing

  • Provide assistance in planning, development, and production of marketing campaigns for Latin America, controlling deadlines of execution and deliverables, as well as monitoring and analyzing the results. Direct contact with international teams.
  • Support the development of content and planning of publications in social networks.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a professional office environment, ideally within marketing, events, HR or communications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and administrative skills.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Enjoy working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic problem solver, for whom no job is too big or too small.
  • Solid MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing). Fluency in Spanish is desired.

Preferred Experience

  • Corporate Event Planning and/or Marketing, Technology or Financial Services

Physical Demands

  • Some physical labor for event set-up – lifting/carrying no more than 11 kgs.
  • Some evening hours and limited regional travel are required.
  • Role to be based in São Paulo, SP.
