How you'll make an impact:
• Manage market and competitive data for business, including quarterly competitive update
• Contribute to further analyses of market / hospital dynamics through gaining an understanding of hospital capacity factors
• Coordinate the sales forecasting process for all business units, in association with finance, sales and marketing management.
• Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
• Compile, review and analyze data. Use software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
• Recommend and/or design reports to assist management with analysis of business.
• Oversee pricing strategy analysis to assist marketing with strategic assessment/alignment of national and regional activities.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from all members of marketing team
• Contribute to marketing salesforce.com initiatives and serve in an advisory capacity to other departments using the system, namely professional education
• Ensure Sales users are adequately trained
• Lead development of Qlikview reports by gathering requirements from key stakeholders (Sales, THV leadership, Operations) and manage process of report development, including reconciliation of metrics to financial systems
• Participate in Edwards Net Sales project and understand key dependencies of the process of tracking net sales by customer

What you'll need:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 years min. knowledge of work related knowledge Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

What else you'll need:
• Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
• Experience with an ERP software (e.g. JDE)
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
