Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the marketing team by delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence key business decisions. This position focuses on reporting and analytics across all business lines, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Dallas, Hybrid 2 days/ week onsite

Job Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Analysis

    • Collect and analyze first-party data (Power BI dashboards, internal systems) and third-party data (Google Analytics 4) to identify user behavior trends.
    • Monitor and report on marketing spend, traffic, and revenue performance.
    • Analyze lead and application attribution, providing ROI-based recommendations (e.g., Cost per Lead, Cost per Application, Cost per Placement).
    • Segment data based on demographics, conversion attribution, historical trends, and seasonal patterns to inform demand planning and campaign strategies.
    • Apply statistical methods to interpret complex datasets and validate findings for accuracy and reliability.
  • Reporting & Visualization

    • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using Snowflake data to enable self-service reporting for brand teams.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
    • Support ad hoc reporting requests from brand teams and leadership.
  • Forecasting & Strategic Support

    • Update forecasts based on seasonal trends and historical performance.
    • Assist in budgeting and demand modeling in collaboration with senior analysts.
    • Work closely with brand managers to segment GA4 audiences for targeted campaigns.
  • Systems & Process Management

    • Understand the lifecycle of a lead from website ingestion through CRM (Salesforce) to Snowflake/Power BI output.
    • Add or update data fields in CRM systems to capture relevant tracking information.
    • Collaborate with IT to ensure database structures align with business needs.
    • Utilize Microsoft tech stack tools such as Power Automate for workflow optimization.

Key Skills

  • Strong foundation in Statistics and data analysis, including hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for audience and traffic analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, UTM parameters, and tracking functions.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake (training provided; advanced expertise not required).
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate for process automation.
  • SQL, Python, or machine learning experience is a huge plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in marketing analytics, reporting, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, CDP, and analytics tools (Power BI, GA4, Salesforce, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization best practices.

Pay Rate

$74,500 - $88,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
