Marketing Admin Analyst

PHL-RE Shared Services-Manila Full time

This role supports regional marketing execution through a combination of marketing and operational expertise. The role also provides day-to-day marketing administrative support, ensures effective asset management by maintaining organized repositories, governance standards, and documentation to improve consistency and overall marketing efficiency.

Accountabilities:

Marketing Administration & Campaign Operations:

  • Develop campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, and templates 
  • Design and implement customer journeys within the marketing automation platform aligned with campaign objectives 
  • Ensure all campaign elements meet stakeholder requirements while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization 
  • Monitor, track, and measure campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and report insights to Marketing Managers to support continuous improvement of marketing strategies
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the regional marketing team, keeping projects, records, and shared tools organised, accurate, and up to date.
    • Maintain shared marketing platforms incl. Seismic and Widen.
    • Manage file organisation, version control, and final asset management.
  • Support administrative delivery of marketing projects, including an annual external facing award program delivered across a defined three-month period.
    • Manage routine communications with internal and external stakeholders, including campaign updates, issue resolution, follow-ups, and response chasing in line with defined campaign parameters.
    • Triage, validate, and process application information for review, ensuring submissions are complete and accurately recorded.
    • Coordinate payment-related administration connected to campaign activity incl. monitoring payments, supporting payment processing, reconciling invoices across regions, tracking related expenses. 
    • Manage delivery of winner entitlements incl. profiles, digital assets, award ceremony admin. 

Marketing Asset Management & Enablement:

  • Organize approved assets in shared platforms and folders using consistent naming conventions, tagging, and descriptions.
  • Ensure currency of assets with clear indicators of approval status and expiry, escalating gaps or inconsistencies where needed.
  • Maintain supporting documentation and records reflecting campaign information and asset usage guidance.
  • Identify and support improvements to asset organization, documentation, and team ways of working to strengthen consistency and usability across the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented and willing to support AUS Marketing operations on morning shift PH time.
  • Marketing Automation tools – Eloqua, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Mail Chimp
  • Project management tools – Monday.com, etc.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
