Market facing opportunity where you will take responsibility alongside the Senior Manager of the Operational Resilience team to deliver oversight activity and assessments of the Operational Resilience of Lloyd’s managing agents.

 

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Review Operational Resilience documentation and perform maturity assessments based on the requirements of the Lloyd’s Principle Based Oversight Framework.

  • Coordinate and manage oversight meetings with managing agents, covering Operational Resilience.

  • Prepare briefing materials for external meetings and capture structured notes and next steps from market oversight meetings.

  • Support the creation of the annual Operational Resilience Trends & Observations report.

  • Lead the preparation of regulatory update decks.

  • Lead the planning and coordination of the annual Market Wide Scenario Exercise and prepare the post-exercise report.

  • Maintain key market distribution lists within the CRM system.

  • Monitor and update records of open interventions, rationales and meeting updates within the CRM system.

  • Attend internal cross-function forums and provide relevant updates to the team.

 

To deliver this role effectively you will need:

  • Relationship and stakeholder management experience at a senior management level both internal and externally facing.

  • Demonstrate a good technical knowledge of operational resilience UK regulation.

  • Experience in reviewing and/or managing operational resilience controls and/or plans.

  • Provide pragmatic, risk-based solutions, taking the needs of a variety of stakeholders into account

  • An understanding of Managing Agent strategic business drivers and overview of the mechanics of Lloyd’s to deliver a good result for both parties.
