We are excited to recruit a customer-oriented Market Leader to join our growing Staff-Leasing team and to assist our company in expanding our customer base. To be a successful Market Leader, you should have a strong commercial approach, knowledge of the staffing services (Temp/Perm) and a broad network within the countries and industries assigned to you. You will be target-driven as you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting demanding sales goals. We have an exciting 2026 ahead of us, come and join the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales;
Drive the market business development strategy in the countries and industries assigned
Coordinate with other country Market Leaders to create pan-European and Global value propositions
Coordinate with the European Marketing team specific actions for the assigned countries and industries
Generate leads, create opportunities, meet clients and negotiate contracts until closing
Create a network of sales partners and diversified sales channels
Operations;
Create and manage an Operations team (initially 2 subject matter experts per country) to deliver Client work orders
Establish delivery processes, operational templates and implement Staff Leasing management software
Establish a network of partners for staffing of candidates and other parts of the delivery process
Compliance;
Administer the Staffing legal entities in the country in collaboration with our Finance team and our local advisors
Obtain and maintain the necessary licenses required in each country
Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records
Management
Understanding and promoting company programs
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Main requirements:
5+ years of working experience in relevant position
Preferable previous professional experience in a top-level staffing company
Experience of building a revenue generating successful team
